Can I order a new unit, another version or a different colour?+
Yes. Alongside the demonstration offer, we accept B2B enquiries for new Cyber 1 Pro, DEV and EDU units in Space White, Tech Grey, Vibrant Orange and Champagne Gold. Pricing, lead time and documentation are confirmed for the selected configuration.
Does Cyber 1 include turnkey ROS 2 and SLAM?+
The Research Kit provides the hardware for perception and compute. ROS 2, SLAM, navigation and proprietary algorithms remain an integration project for the buyer's team.
Can I install the app without Google Play?+
Yes. Download the APK from this site. Android may ask for one-time permission to install from the browser. Compare the SHA-256 checksum before installation.
Where can I get the iOS version?+
The manufacturer's official app is available from the App Store. The link opens the Cyber 1 app directly.
How do I obtain the SDK?+
The SDK is part of the DEV configuration. The package includes a C++ library with low-level UDP control, JSON handling and IMU readout — together with headers, sources, a Makefile and three working examples — the manufacturer's API documentation and a STEP CAD model of the robot for designing mounts and payload hardware. Materials are released once the DEV order is paid. Tell us which onboard computer and integration scope you plan, and we will confirm the package for your configuration.
Which conformity documents apply to my set?+
The scope depends on the robot configuration, radio modules, charger and Research Kit. We hold supplier documentation including the UN 38.3 battery test report and the battery safety data sheet — available on request once the configuration is agreed. The complete set applicable to your kit is confirmed before contract.
