CYBERSTARS · NORWA AUTHORISED RESELLER
Cyber 1 B2B Order Terms
Effective 30 August 2026
These terms govern B2B orders submitted through cyber1.norwarobotics.com. The site does not provide consumer sales or online payment.
1. Parties and roles
The seller and site operator is NORWA ROBOTICS sp. z o.o., ul. Hoża 86/410, 00-682 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0001243595, NIP 7011315567, REGON 544841267, sales@norwarobotics.com. Cyber 1 platforms are manufactured by Hangzhou Cyberstar Co., Ltd. under the Cyberstars brand. NORWA Robotics is an authorised Cyberstars B2B reseller and is not the manufacturer.
2. B2B scope
The form is exclusively for businesses, universities, research units, institutions and other organisations purchasing in direct connection with professional or research activity. NORWA may reject an order that is not a professional B2B purchase.
3. Products and purpose
Cyber 1 is a professional robotics platform for control, integration, research and development. Research Kit supplies perception and compute hardware, not a turnkey autonomous system. Scope, demo condition, colour, documentation and functions are set out in the confirmation.
4. Order and acceptance
Submitting the form is the buyer’s order and an invitation for NORWA to verify it. An automated receipt is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when NORWA expressly confirms configuration, price, documentation, delivery and acceptance for fulfilment.
5. Prices, tax and payment
Website prices are final B2B prices in PLN. Where NORWA applies a VAT exemption at the time of sale, VAT is not added; the applicable tax status and sales document are stated in the confirmation. Delivery cost is agreed before acceptance. Payment is by bank transfer against a document issued by NORWA.
6. Availability and delivery
The stated 2–3 weeks for new units is an estimate from confirmation and satisfaction of agreed payment terms. Immediately available demo units are ready for dispatch preparation after confirmation; transit depends on destination and carrier. The confirmation states the binding schedule.
7. Configuration, conformity and safety
Before accepting an order NORWA confirms the status and completeness of conformity documentation applicable to the exact configuration. B2B, demo, used or R&D labelling does not disapply mandatory law. Qualified teams must integrate and operate the product in line with instructions and workplace risk assessment.
8. Demonstration units
Demo units were used for a trade-show presentation and may show minor signs of use. Space White and Tech Grey versions are offered; the selected colour, known condition and equipment are disclosed before acceptance. Website images are illustrative.
9. Liability, service and notices
Commercial warranty, defects, acceptance and service terms are stated in the confirmation or separate B2B agreement. Notices should be sent to contact@norwarobotics.com with the order reference, serial number and issue description.
10. Data, IP and final terms
Form data is processed under the privacy notice. Cyberstars, Cyber 1, software, apps and documentation remain the property of their respective rights holders; licence scope follows the relevant variant documentation. Polish law applies. Changes do not affect orders previously accepted by NORWA.
